Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StockWatch.report (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to the newsletter, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

StockWatch.report scans U.S. equity market movers on a schedule and automatically generates equity research content, including initiating-coverage reports and continuous follow-up coverage. Initial coverage is available to the public at no cost; continuous coverage updates are available only to active subscribers.

Some or all of the analysis, ratings, and commentary presented on the Service is generated by automated, AI-assisted processes. It is not written, reviewed, or personally endorsed by a licensed financial analyst or investment adviser unless we explicitly state otherwise on a specific piece of content.

2. Not Investment Advice

Nothing on StockWatch.report constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Ratings, price targets, and commentary are generated from automated analysis of publicly available data and are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

StockWatch.report is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, and we strongly recommend you consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision. Investing in securities involves risk, including the risk of loss of principal, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to notify us immediately at privacy@stockwatch.report if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Continuous coverage is available through a paid subscription. Where subscription billing is enabled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account page. Fees are described at the time of purchase and are subject to change with reasonable advance notice. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract content from the Service at a volume or frequency that could disrupt or burden it, without our prior written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with StockWatch.report or impersonate any person or entity.
• Redistribute, resell, or republish our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its reports, design, text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by StockWatch.report or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

7. Third-Party Data and Content

Market data displayed on the Service is sourced from third-party providers and is provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. We are not responsible for errors or delays in third-party data, or for any decision made in reliance on it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content is accurate, reliable, or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StockWatch.report and its owners, employees, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment value, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold StockWatch.report harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where StockWatch.report is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at privacy@stockwatch.report.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
